[Resolved] Sun Direct — overcharging by appropriating advance subscription payment unilaterally without bothering to inform the customer | |||
I'm a subscriber with customer id [protected] who opted for sun direct kannada package paying advance subscription for one year. However the company taking undue advantage of the trai guidelines has unilaterally adjusted and appropriated the amount in my account subscribing for many unheard channels in oriya, bengali, assamese etc etc which we never think of viewing on our life time leave alone subscribing for these channels. While the personnel at customer care centre never bother to reply our calls, i'm only harassed by the company which is making me to listen for only recorded messages from umpteen numbers, thus ruing my decision to put for sun direct which operates with only a single motif of looting gullible subscribers Was this information helpful? | |||

I am going to Salem in sun natchathira thriuvzha show. I will take the picture for serial actress and then the boxers are treated for peoples in very soliteriness so I didn't like the sun tv. So here in after the boxers treated peoples with humanity.
