Sun Direct — Paid amount and the FIFA add on pack yet not activated even after 36 hrs

I had recharged for Rs.39 to view fifa pack and the same was not activated even after 24 hrs. Really i fed up with the service from sun direct and even after paying money also i cant get my service. And important thing is i have recharged it through sun direct login id only. And due to the intention of seeing fifa i had recharged again with third party site also. But even though my pack is not activated. And in the sun direct login my transaction seems successful. Totally i fed up and i m unable to see the fifa 1st match.
