Sun Direct — Payment Got Debited Twice

I have recharged for Malayalam Value plan first and I got failure message from your website and amount got debited from my bank.So I tried another plan Malayalam Economy that also got failure message from your website and amount got debited from my bank.After some time any of one package got success.

Is my money get refunded? If so when it will be credited?
