[Resolved] Sun Direct — Payment not received | |||||
I have recharged for one year plan (offer price Rs.1598) to the Smart Card No: [protected] for Rs.500, 500, 500, 100 yesterday at 12:29, 12:37, 12:50 and 12:52 pm respectively. But I had from your customer care support team that first 500 not received. So, I request you to deactivate current plan and reactivate for one year plan and also I will recharge for Rs.500 again if you allow me. This activation has been done with out my concern.
