[Resolved]  Sun Direct — plan change needed to base pack telugu dpo 1 package basic subscription 3 months renewal

I had made recharge of 659 rs thinking that it iwill continue existing Base Pack
Telugu DPO 1 Package Basic Subscription 3 Months Renewal but it has taken Malayalam package . Could you please change the package to previous Telugu one ..."Base Pack
Telugu DPO 1 Package Basic Subscription 3 Months Renewal"...i have tried contacting sundirect customer care services but it was nt reachable
Please consider my concern..

Raised complaint for plan change in sundirect through consumer complaints. Sundirect replied for smart card number or mobile number which is registered in sundirect They changed to required package

Showing error E50-32 no service available since yesterday. When contacted sun direct office, they are asking service charge to attend. Why should i give money as it is sun direct's fault ?
