[Resolved] Sun Direct — plan degraded. channels are not coming | |||
My Sundirect TV plan got changed automatically, causing most of channels are not showing. Getting message, "Please contact our call center to activate". This is redeculous that, plan got migrated to a different plan without notification. My one year subscription is still valid till June this year, but all of sudden I am unable to watch 90% of the channels we watch. If it is migrated as per TRAI rules or guidelines, then it needs to be migrated to atleast "HD Telugu DPO Pack 3" for the amount I paid for one year subscription and I can watch same channels as before. This issue persists since 10 days without a resolution. I am looking for an immediate response. customer care representatives disconnecting calls after keeping on long hold(faced this situation many times with Sundirect call representatives) Worst response ever seen.
