COMPLAINT AGAINST SUN DIRECT Respected Sir, My name is Priyanka and i am working as an Officer with Karnataka Bank Ltd. i am holding a sun direct connection with smart card no[protected]R. For the past two weeks, I am not able to view few channels properly, and so I Lodged a complains with customer care center, stating the same.A technician named Mr.Souas phn.no[protected] had visited house, and he said the channels are clear.I showed him the problem, and he asked to call him if further any problem with the channels.I paid him Rs.150, and he went.After 10 minutes I found all the channels are blank.I called the same technician, who replied that he is not able to attend now, since he was somewhere else.and assured me that he will come Sunday morning 05.10.2014.I had lodged a complaint again, for which they assured me that, i need not pay any more visiting charges, only if any equipment to be replaced, i need to pay for the same. now every now and then i get call from customer care center, asking for the same details again and again, and it is really embarrassing.The customer care promising that I need not pay any visiting charges, only device charges.Clearly they explained to me that, if setup, box to be changed, total charges i need to pay is only Rs.200, omitting Rs.150, visiting charges.But the technician who have been assigned the task, don't even know about this.They are demanding Rs.150 plus device charges.And I find this really ridiculous, for the past three days I a not able to view any channels, in spite of recharging for Rs.300.now I am getting frequent calls from customer care centre asking for the same details again and again, and false promises and assurance that I need not pay any visiting charges.And they are not communicating the same to their service outlets, who demand for the same.I have already paid the charges but my problem remain unsolved. Today i had called to customer care center again, to get rid of this headache somehow by closing the connection, after getting refund of the recharge what i have already paid.And the executive said, its not able to refund since already pack is activated.I felt like he is mocking at me.My channels are activated, but Im not even able to view channels..what an irony The respond to my query was fantastic, he said two reasons for my problem, not attended.First thing, in the data base, the problem is mentioned as customer is refusing to pay visiting charges.Its the same customer care center who assured me that I need not pay any visiting charges anymore.I had spoken in this regard with, Ms Anjali and Mr.Manoj.They only told that I need not pay any visiting charges.Second reason stated by the executive was, technician are not able to find my locality and that was realy insulting.My area land mark is Bhel Circle, behind Hp Petrol pump, Mes road, Muthyal Nagar, and its not in. rural place.It is very near and accessible to all transportation hub. I really have no clue to whome i should approach, How can a service delivery team could be so irresponsible towards customers?. are they not properly trained for it?, or is this types of incidents are only happening with this service provider only, besides they are treating me like a defaulter, its totally of zero tolerance. I have been wasting my time since few days for attending their use less calls, and the problem still remains unsolved I am holding a respectable position in a bank and handling customers daily, and i know the importance of it.As a citizen of India, i have some privileges, I am only asking justice, services for the amount i have paid. I really believe in this country we ladies has certain rights and considerations. Kindly act upon this and help me.also make necessary actions for the DTS services to render good services to customers.
