Sundirect :[protected], mudfort, secunderabad. Recharged rs.759.00 on. 22/6/19 4 days before expiry date. Signal non receipt complaint lodged on line on 30/6/2019 with sr[protected]. Reply msg received with “service engineer name mr srinath reddy mob:[protected] immediately.” he has demanded rs.150/- towards service charge. Since i have already paid rs.759/- for providing three months service, i objected and raised a complaint to customer care as well as [protected]@sundirect.in. Request expedite restoration of services or return my amount rs.759/- for not providing services in order to shift to the new service provider in the absence of your services.
