[Resolved] Sun Direct — poor support from sun direct | |||
Hi, While installation technician has handled the dish roughly and he compel to buy few connectors for joined but I didn't accept and I bought from out source. That time he left without my knowledge and came back after 11/2 hours and fixed the dish. That time picture was available, next day we switch on the TV picture came intermediately. We thought due to rain and wind it's happening but today morning I checked the dish that time found dish with mounting plate was broken. Intensely he broken and just kept the dish, that's why picture is available intermediate and now also some time picture is available. Due to his careless my dish wash broken, so please organise to experienced guy and fix properly, if not possible ask him to change the dish with their own cost. Today morning I have complaint 3 times to sun direct but till now I didn't get complaint reference number. Here I have enclosed few snap shots for your reference, see how is routing the cable. such a poor support i didn't see in my experience. I expect SUN DIRECT will organise to provide best support. If no response from SUN direct I will put cash on this and will claim expenditure amount and loss time. Was this information helpful? | |||
