Why sundirect can't give complete freedom for selecting channels to their customers. Why it is providing all language packages in a single language selection. For example i want to select telugu channels only but sundirect provide tamil, maliyalam, kannada, gujarati ect in telugu dpo pack. Why it is not following trai rules and regulations. I am getting only sun network channel other channel's signal not getting
To i aded money to to my father sunderect accout from his banck accout, i got the message the money got deduckted from bank but its not aded in to thte app, i dont know y did tht happen
