[Resolved] Sun Direct — recharge and service issue | |||
I called customer care of sun direct on 11-feb-2019 as my add-on packs were not activated even though i paid sufficient recharge amount. My complaint no is sr[protected]. They said they would revert within 24 hrs to resolve the issue. Today i again called them to know my complaint status and they said it was closed simply stating add-on was not active. The customer care executive, she was even reluctant to resolve my issue and cut the call midway. I even mailed to their customer care on 8th feb 2019 but till now no response received. Every time i call their customer care number it says "busy", once in 100 times i would able to connect the call. I am sick and tired with sun direct service as still my issue is unresolved Was this information helpful? | |||
