[Resolved] Sun Direct — recharge complaints | |
Recharge for my sundirect dth at sundirect official website via citrus payment using upi option then i received one message click the url on the message and upi app open then pay amount, money debited but not recharge my dth account. After contact sun direct customer team he say money not received. Please check the status for transaction no[protected] on may 3 and amount is rs 199.

I have recharged 2 times till it was showing that i was never recharged. So I tried for costumer care number it shows like invalid number. I don't know how to watch TV to whom contact with. But I know one this was the worst DTH ever in the world. Seems like fraud company.

I don't whether these guys are studying this reviews and all.can any one give a valid customer care number my impatients is in peek stage right now.i should show who i am.
