[Resolved] Sun Direct — recharge done.but sun direct dth service is not activated even after waiting for 1 day. | |||
I have recharged with Tamil DPO2 pack. My smart card number is [protected]. Sun direct has one of the worst customer service. Nothing responds.. Throw all the customer care numbers to dumpyard. I am not getting service even after waiting for 1 day after recharge. My pack validity is getting decreased. Customer money is not valued in Sun direct. I am expecting Sun direct to immediately activate the service and respond to this request appropriately. Was this information helpful? | |||

My service has been disconnected even i have recharged RS-500/- trying to call customer service not connecting. Luckily i got connected on 14 feb, They told that service has been activated plz check after 15mins, But still not yet activated. Trying to call customer service no use not connecting. Smart card # [protected].
