Sun Direct smart card No. [protected] A recharge of Rs. 305 was done on 15th Dec. 2016 and waiting for activation!! I spoke to one of your customer care executive yesterday afternoon and he promised that, it is being activated immediately. However till now my T.V. is inactive. this is to request you once again to do the needful and also compensate for not activating for 2 days. Was this information helpful? | |||

For last 2 weeks set off box not working 4 days back it was changed by technician not activated still now now smart card failure

I am Naveen my DTH card no [protected]. we are changed my old room so the DTH set of box was removed. so plz fit by set of box as soon as possible.

No connectivity for last one week. complaint registered on 13/12/2016 but no resolution of the complaint. Nobody is contacting on the issue. No feedback on the status of the complaint. Totally disappointed on the service.
