I have done payment of rs.230 (Tamil dpo package basic subscription monthly renewal) from my sun direct app via their upi mode through my bhim app.
The amount is credited to upi id [protected]@hdfcbank.
Amount is debited from my bank account but recharge is not done. I called so many times to sun direct customer care but the problem is still pending. My sun direct id number is [protected]. Kindly pls look into this.
