[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Recharge not successful - Amount deducted

Hi,

Today morning i.e, April 30th at around 10.40 a.m., I have paid Rs.218 for Sun Direct recharge (Telugu basic pack). The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but it displays that the transaction has failed. Please refund my money back.

I have raised a service request in the Sun Direct website and they provided a customer care number and asked me to call them. Customer care executive resolved the issue.
Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
