Sun Direct — Recharge not working

Hi, I have recharged SUN Direct DTH with tamil value pack 600 Rs. My DTH number is [protected]. The amount is debited from my account But still the recharge didint happen, We called the customer care multiple times but still no proper response. The balance shows only 0 rs. when we check online.
