I am S Subramanian, from Flat No B2, 11 Manickam Street, West Mambalam, Chennai - 600033 - contact No.[protected] and [protected]. My Smart Card No. [protected]. My yearly recharge for the above smart card is due on 09.03.15.. I have paid a sum of Rs.1980/= on 07.03.15 to M/s BBS Associates, Sun DTH stores, at Sout West Boag Road towards yearly renewal of my existing plan. They made many attempts to recharge the connection, but COULD NOT DO IT DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. They also contacted various persons in the technical team and no one could give the solution for solving the issue. I also personally spoke to Mr SYED, Who is in charge of this area and he has not taken any action for solving the issue. My subscription is ending today and they will be disconnecting the same for non renewal of the subscription BUT FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST AND RESTORE THE CONNECTION WITHOUT ANY DISCONNECTION. Was this information helpful? |
