[Resolved] Sun Direct — Recharge transaction successful in upon payment but sun direct account didn't get any recharge

I recharged my sun direct account twice on 09-03-21, through upi my transaction status showing successful. The amount was deducted but my sun direct account shows that it has to be recharge.please give me backy amount
