Sun Direct — Recharged my Sun Direct account 3 days back but no update yet | |||
I recharged my Sun Direct account associated to mobile no: [protected], Smartcard/ CDSN No: [protected], CR-ID: CR[protected] on[protected] via sundirect.in through HDFC Netbanking for Rs.1782. Amount is deducted from my bank account and got confirmation email & text as well. Narration is "kqrhk74kaj7klpgrcy-PAYUSUNDIRECT" and Ref no:[protected]. Reached out to Sundirect support like 8 times and complaint SR[protected] was raised. However, no resolution yet after 3 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
