[Resolved] Sun Direct — refund of my duplicate payment

I have to receive a payment reference form sundirect they have not even provided the payment reference, unless they prove I didnt check with my bank. What a fraud they are. Not even contacted after multiple calls and emails. Customer care is not supportive. They simply close the tickets without mentioning any comments. My complaint number is CW[protected]

Sun Direct Customer Care's response Dear sir,

As per conversation, we regret to inform you that recharged amount of Rs.287.00/- is received by Sun direct as the transactions was successful . As per your request the corresponding amount will be reversed to your bank account within 7-10 working days.
