Sun Direct — Refund Request for wrong recharge done on my older sundirect setup box-[protected]

I would like to request for a refund as my payment for the sun direct plan got mismatched for the older setup box number -[protected] ( SHABIN P V -[protected] ) and payment of 729 plan was done on this Id.
This account was closed in earlier as the setup box had some issues and was replaced.
