[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Refund request for wrong recharge done on my older sundirect setup box

I would like to request for a refund as my payment for the sun direct plan got mismatched for the older setup box number - [protected] ( MG Daniel - [protected] ) and payment of 653 plan was done on this Id.
This account was closed in November as the setup box had some issues and was replaced.
