[Resolved] Sun Direct — regarding recharge and changing the plan | |||
Hi... I topped up with rs. 329/- by changing the plan dpo1 (Telugu) to Dpo3 (Telugu) today at 7 am; cdsn no. [protected]/cr-id: cr-1374506 & the transaction id is 3677965. It may be due to some error instead of dpo3 (Telugu) pack, tamil might have been selected. Therefore, kindly see in to the matter and see that the recharge is changed to dpo3 (Telugu).
