[Resolved] Sun Direct — regarding recharged channels not being provided | |||
I have recharged few Tamil channels, HD channels for one month, but those channels are not accessible for me. The recharge was done on[protected] one month pack ) but the expiry date for that is[protected] . Recharge was selective but DPO 1 package is activated. I tried calling the service centre its never available. One month comprises of 30/31 days and not just 16 days . kindly look into the issue and solve it as soon as possible I would like to either receive a refund because chosen channels are not being telecasted and its not for a full month.
