No Technicians are reached the attend the complaint of Set Up Box V C Number [protected]. I am very ashamed to the Customer of this Company. So I am compel to purchase a new connection. This type behavior is not a good for a reputed satellite company. so please take an action for these type of behavior. Give me a proper answer for the solution my problem.

Updated by sujualex My Sun Direct V C Number is [protected] and my Set Up Box is not working from 28/02/2017. I have placed a complaint to customer care at the same day. After the complaint they are given me 48 hours time for solve the problem. Unfortunately no service will be provided from the side of sun direct till date.
