Sun direct one of the best fraud dth providers which i used, i want only telugu channels in my connection but after they billing me only 37 channels 850.00inr Do you think this is the best trai and govt of india provides to their citizens, after they club govt& dth provider. Once reached for 6 months plan after 1 months we changed the plans and it is shorted to 2 months ..how can u change that once the recharge for 6 months had donee so provide our plan for 6 months other wise we will report and file a case on sun DIRECT it is not at all FAIR ...even no notifications given...
