[Resolved]  Sun Direct — request for appropriate action to get refund my 398/- (199/-*2) from oriental bank

Sir, I have sun direct DTH ID-[protected] Name- Susheel regd mob no [protected]. I tried to recharge my DTH by sun direct App on 19/9/18 with 199/-(Apna pack) but not credited to you and amt deducted from Oriental Bank Acct No [protected] in favour of Kumari Archana. I repeated for recharge again with ₹199/- but same problem occured. Contacted your customer care and message received as under :-
