Hi sir,
Service wont get resume after recharge, it takes minimum a day to get refresh and back to normal,
And we could not reach their customer service as well its still stating that kindly recharge. This is not expected from such a reputed brand.
Problem is they consider the date of recharge during billing instead date of service.
Failing to provide the service is first mistake then charging for that day with no service is 2nd mistake,
