[Resolved] Sun Direct — service numbers are not reachable | |||||
Have recharged my account for base pack for last month twice. 130/- and later again including the gst for 153/-. Both the amounts are not reflecting on the account. With so much of technological advances there is very less implementation on the company’s working. Every time you recharge you need to make a call to enable the recharged amount to work on the set top box. How so stupid can people think?! Nor is it reflecting on my account nor the customer service number is reachable to call from the time the dth services underwent a change. Reason i heard from a service men associated with the provider is since there were so many queries they have stopped answering on those service numbers. Now with this the monies are also gone nor there is anyone to address any issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

As I have enquired your operator..He said to recharge and said to make a call to call center..Any one are not responding.. Returnmy money or if make my channel work.
