Dear Sir, I am using your SunDirect network service past 5yrs. and never had any compliant so far. I have recharged On 12/06/2014 & being a Tamil basic user opted for add on package of Channels National Geography (542) and Animal Planet (544). Called your customer service center and add on both channels. And as per their instruction I am watching both channels. But whenever I switch to National Geography channel and switch to any other channel I am seeing blank screen only. Which I reported 13/06/2014 (compliant no.1-[protected]) to your Customer service center. They assured me they may solve within 2hrs time. Today morning I verified but, the problem persist so again I called your personal and reported the same (compliant no, SR#1-[protected]). The person attended my call said service personal may visit my home and I have to pay Rs150/-. This is totally ridiculous it is totally service lapse on your part, I only opted for add on package from your listed channels, and it is your part to give the service on without extra cost. pl. look in the matter and rectify the service fault in your side as early as possible.
