I have an active subscription till june 2019 but my service stopped since last week, had been trying to reach our support team since then but no response. Our sun direct package is not working now.But it's validity is not expired.Then why it is happened?? we were done the package on 4.9. 2019 and the package is not completed its duration.and we informed to ur customer care but we didn't get the proper clarification for the complaint till now.
