[Resolved] Sun Direct — service won't get resume after recharge | |||
Hi sir, Service wont get resume after recharge, it takes minimum a day to get refresh and back to normal, Problem is they consider the date of recharge during billing instead date of service. Failing to provide the service is first mistake then charging for that day with no service is 2nd mistake, Will you please take this complaint forward and put some fine on them...
