Set top box and the issued card is not working. On contacting the customer care they say within 48hours engineer would come but in past 7days no one has contacted yer. This is the worse service providers ever. There customer service executive are so unsure about there actions that they keep chanting the same things -"it will be resolved at the earliest" but so far nothin has happened. All we do it keep callin them up and hear the same thing again again. I have already made payment for 6months else wud have disconnected the connection by now. Neither they provide refund nor they give any services.
