[Resolved] Sun Direct — Set top box complaints | |||
I have registered a complaint with SUN DIRECT regarding my set top box via their 24*7 telephonic complaint centre on 8th of July 2014 and was allotted a complaint number SR-1-[protected] and was promised visit by their technician within 48 hours and I had also agreed to pay their visiting and rectification charges but as of date 13/07/2014 till now no person from sun direct has visited our house, on enquiring I was told to wait another 24 hrs.Their so called efficiency in resolving customer complaints within 48 hrs stands exposed Rgds, Thomas Was this information helpful? | |||
