[Resolved] Sun Direct — set top box not working properly, without consent changed dpo package | |||
Sun direct dth is one of the worst. It struck in the opening ad page itself and unable to view any channels properly. Its hd set top box and if we select hd channels then it will not show the channels properly and will struck nothing can be seen after that. At the time of connection they told long term validity pack will not be affected and all channels visible. Then they changed the dpo pack without intimation and looted all the money saying nearest dpo pack. Customer response also very poor. No compensation policy also. Without providing proper service they are taking prepaid payment of huge sum. Even if the box is not functioning there is no way of compensation for lost days without any services. Felt being cheated with the product and service provided the sun network. Was this information helpful? | |||
