[Resolved] Sun Direct — set top box stopped working | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, 2 days back on 27th Nov' 18 while watching TV automatically the setup box stopped working. I tried switching it off and on still I'm not getting any signal and I could see only black screen. I raised a complaint on the same day SR[protected] and the very next day I got SMS that the issue has been resolved without even getting a call. I called the customer care again to check and they says that a new complaint ticket has been raised yesterday SR[protected] which I will get a call back from the backend team within 24-48 hrs. No calls are yet received. I always had a bad experience with sun direct and such pathetic service I always gets from them. The Customer service officers also speaks harshly. While asked to transfer the call to there backend team or to the manager, they are not ready to transfer the call and ask us to wait for the backend team call which is never ending.
