The smart card No is [protected]. The set up box is not working w.e.f 1.3.15. Therefore complaint was made. There after a person from customer service visited and taken the set up box for repair. The person also charged Rs 350/-as repair charges apart from Rs. 150/- towards service charges. However, the stand by set up box is not working properly. Therefore, I am repeatedly calling customer care for the last 4-5 days. However no action has been taken. I have called even the Nodal Officer also but no action has been taken so far. Kindly resolve my problem Please.
