I MR MANOJ KUMAR, mob-[protected] - smart card num:-[protected](customer since-2011) had registered a complaint on 22nd aug 2015as that my “set top box “is not working. On 24th An executive named Yesudas-mob:num-[protected] –call us and communicate he is on the way to replace the box up to the evening, he repeated the same and at evening he switched off the mobile. We contacted the customer care and registered the complaint again on 24th aug (comp:reg: num-1-1-[protected])and also talked to Deepu the team leader& he promised to resolve the issue before 25th aug 1pm. The Yesudas who himself say he is the coordinator call back us on the same day on eve 8 o’clock and was in a very irritating way, he said he is the coordinator and he knows how to handle this problem gave the number of the technician who has to come –([protected])he said, nobody said him anything and he was not aware about the matter and also said there is shortage in set top box. The Yesudas callback and gave the agency partner Mr.Aneesh, number-[protected], while talking to him the matter he was very rudely speaking and using bad words to my wife.
On 27th a lady([protected])called and said she is sending a technician, nobody came and again at evening we called Deepu, he again promised to do the same before 8 p.m.. Yesudas called and said the agency will replace the box on 27th eve 8pm itself or he will move against the agency.Upto this time the problem is not resolved. Was this information helpful? |
