Hi, Smart card : [protected] Mob : [protected] The connection were using from past 5 years ...now step up box not working I have called customer care wrong information on products and engineers is given different amount ... some other person called given different amount...in my life I have never seen this type of service which I have got ... compare to other providers ...the worst service from sun direct ...I will just remove and through the connection right now ...
