[Resolved]  Sun Direct — smart card no. [protected] - extra channels added without information and disconnected connection saying insufficient balance.

On 24/01/2019 paid rs850 for roi for 3 months. On 6th march 2019 connection was barred saying balance is over. We talked to few customer care executives but no one took seriously and problem was not solved yet. According to them extra channels were provided but we were not informed regarding this and we have nevr requsted for extra channels.

Kindly resolve the issue by extending tge period or refunding us the amount back.
