Sun Direct — Smartcard Recharge not made even its credited in Sundirect account | |||
I recharged my smart card thru mobile banking its credited in sun direct account but my smart card not recharged.I contact customer care they simply said it will take 7 days for their internal process(simply back end ...etc). My question is why they are giving this option to recharge if its take much time for internal money transfer . Its very difficult to use their service.very poor customer care ..
