[Resolved] Sun Direct — Still no resolution to my problem | |||
Hi Team, I want to Change of Package for my Sundirect Smartcards : [protected](Parent connection)& [protected](Child connection) to Tamil Cinema Plus Sports Pack. So, I raised multiple complaints to change my package for both smart cards to Tamil Cinema Plus Sports Pack. till now my issue not resolved for past 1 months SR # 1-[protected] --> This is complaint initial raised in mail to change my package, no resolution. SR # 1-[protected] --> called the Toll free number[protected], & the person asked me to call other number. SR # 1-[protected] --> Called other customer care number[protected] & the person asked me to recharge in other card. SR # 1-[protected] --> After recharge, called again the customer care number[protected] & the person asked me to check after 3 hours for resolution of my problem. SR # 1-[protected] --> But the problem is not resolved after 4 hours, then i called again[protected] and the person asked me to wait till end of the day for resolution of my problem. SR # 1-[protected] -->I waited till Next Day[protected], but the problem is not resolved, then i called again and the person asked me to wait till end of the day for resolution of my problem . SR# 1-[protected] --> waited till[protected] still no resolution for this problem & raised this new complaint.
