[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Sun Direct App upi recharge failed - amount deducted 310/-

Hello team I have reacharged amount of 310 for kannada premium pack, trough Sun Direct app upi option in paytm amount deducted from my account and in sun direct app it reflected as transaction failed, till now no refund or process on activating the channels recharged for.
Please refund or activate pack and oncall support also not responding and providing the solution.

Issue is resolved but sad to say that there is no proper customer support or proper service, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to cunnect for support but after connecting no proper solution and speaking rudly @sun direct need to take care about this
