[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct changed plan without informing | |
I was getting all the channels including hd as part of the plan "hd tamil ultra super value pack" valid until 26th may 2019. All of a sudden sun direct has changed the plan to "hd tamil basic dpo2 subscription for 6 months" valid until 05th july 2019 I have been trying their call centre but its not going at all. This is a very badly executed migration which affects me as well as million others. Now i am not at all able to see many channels which was of my interest Can someone tell me how to contact them and get it rectified? Was this information helpful? | |
