[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct dth package issue | |||||
Hi, My Sundirect smart card number is[protected]. I paid for one year (Telugu super value pack) and contacting them since Jan 19 to allow me to selet the pack as per new TRAI regulation. They told me that same will continue till Dec 19. But, suddenly they changed my pack for 6 months (Telugu DPO3) without my interest. In that my regular watched channels are not there. They are not resounding to my calls or mails. In my final mail I asked them to change it to one month and return my balance amount to my account so that I can select the plan I required.
