[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct dth provider plans | |||
Customer support team are disconnecting the calls in between without providing the proper resolution. Every person assisting every team is providing different resolution. I need this to escalate this concern of not communcating the technical issues, the behavioral issues and also the migration of packs as per rules. Customer is not being communicated in this process. Date of incident :[protected] Complaints were closed with out proper resolution They didn't even provide escalation details to take it forward. They don't have any proper basic plans in place.
