[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct dth provides no channel | |||
We have been activated pack till 7/4/2019.. But some channels have been stopped. When i called up customer service i have been informed due to trai regulation act service has been disconnected. Without any info customer care call has been disconnected.. Its been very tough to reach them again. Further clarification needed in this regard. P. sundirect customer Please go to the settings reset the factor settings password is 0000 then your channels will played in other frequency, some channels will be missed
