[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun direct not allowing to select channels instead forcing customer to use their predefined channel set as a package | |||
I'm using sun direct and they are not allowing customer to select the channels. Ie channel selection is possible. But at checkout it says insufficient balance. And to recharge, it allows to recharge the predefined packages which has more unwanted channels. And on recharge, it activates the predefined package and not the set of channels user selected. They are cheating the customer. No way to subscribe for the selected channels. None of their customer care numbers are accessible.
