Sun Direct — SUN DIRECT NOT RECHARGE PLEAS REFUND MY MOBILE NO [protected]

I had recharged my sun direct DTH [protected] with INR 1150 on Thursday, February 12, 2015 7:29 PM. Though the transaction was successful recharge was not done. I had complained to the customer care service DTH and they agreed that the transaction was successful but till now no action has been taken for this issue. Neither the SUN DIRECT DTH was recharged nor got the refund. Please look into this. Order ID : DO[protected] Regards, SONU GOUR
